  中国铝工业经历近70年的发展历程,已经建立了从铝土矿、氧化铝、电解铝、铝加工到再生铝的完整产业链,成为了世界铝工业的重要组成部分。当前,全球商贸环境发生了较大变化,中国经济也由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,中国铝消费强度趋于减弱、铝需求增速系统性放缓将成为新常态,铝工业发展如何转变方式、优化结构、转换增长动力,进一步增强铝工业创新能力和可持续发展能力,已经成为铝业同仁需要迫切解决的问题。当前我国经济进入新常态,发展动力、方向、模式都在发生着深刻的变化,要提升铝工业发展的质量和效益,就必须用尽可能低的资源能源消耗,获得尽可能高的效益,积极发展再生铝产业。论坛邀请中国有色金属工业协会再生金属分会技术总监贺志强就把握铝产业发展新趋势,促进铝资源高效利用,积极推动再生铝产业发展做主旨报告,与大家交流谈论再生铝产业未来发展前景。

  对贯彻党的十九大对生态文明建设和环境保护提出了的新理念、新要求、新目标,国家把两废污染防治工作摆在了更加突出位置,既对两废造成的危害提出了严厉的处罚措施,又对其处理和资源化利用做出了新要求。铝灰处置一直是困扰再生铝产业绿色发展的难题之一,行业目前仍没有好的解决办法,针对国内铝灰无害化、资源化处理技术仍不完善的困境,中国环境科学研究院、再生金属分会,中国铝业集团等正联合开展铝渣和电解槽大修渣污染控制技术规范研究,论坛邀请中国环境科学研究院 刘玉强向参会代表详细介绍铝渣和电解槽大修渣污染控制技术规范研究进展,与参会代表共同讨论铝灰处置方案,解决处置难题。(更多详细信息可查阅2019中国铝产业链创新发展高峰论坛
